Nebraska High School Basketball - Twin River bests Meridian

The Twin River Titans basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Meridian Mustangs to 38 in the Titans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Titans now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Giltner for a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. Twin River will play a Hornets team coming off a 67-18 non-league loss to Shelton (Shelton, NE). The Hornets record now stands at 1-12.

With the loss, Meridian falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Mustangs host East Butler (Brainard, NE) to play the Tigers in a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 6-8. East Butler won 58-30 in their recent non-league game against Mead (Mead, NE)
