New York High School Basketball - Moriah bests Northeastern Clinton

The Moriah Vikings basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Northeastern Clinton Cougars to 32 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they host AuSable Valley for a Section 7 Champlain Valley game on Thursday, January 23. Moriah will confront a Patriots team coming off a 34-31 non-league loss to Hoosic Valley (Schaghticoke, NY). The Patriots record now stands at 4-7.
With the loss, Northeastern Clinton falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Beekmantown (Plattsburgh, NY) to confront the Eagles in a Section 7 Champlain Valley game on Thursday, January 23. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 8-4.
