The Akron-Fairgrove Vikings basketball team (Fairgrove, MI), was routed 50-10 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Ashley Bears (Ashley, MI)

The Bears now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coleman for a Mid-State battle on Tuesday, January 23. Ashley will battle a Comets team coming off a 63-22 league loss to St. Charles (St. Charles, MI). The Comets record now stands at 2-7.
