The Mattanawcook Lynx basketball team (Lincoln, ME), was nudged 36-31 in Monday's league battle with the host Dexter Tigers (Dexter, ME)
The Tigers now possess a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a C North battle on Wednesday, January 24. Dexter will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 65-50 league win over George Stevens Academy (Blue Hill, ME). The Red Devils record now stands at 7-3.
The Lynx (11-2) will now prepare for their battle against Orono (Orono, ME). The Riots come into the C North battle with a 3-8 record. In their last battle, Orono was nudged by Bucksport (Bucksport, ME), 45-26, in a league battle.
