The Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels (Reinbeck, IA) basketball crushed the host East Marshall Mustangs (Le Grand, IA), 65-39 in Monday's league test.

The Rebels (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Janesville (Janesville, IA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, Janesville was trounced by Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA), 80-17, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they host Grundy Center for a North Iowa Cedar - West test on Tuesday, January 23. East Marshall will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 50-46 non-league win over Columbus (Waterloo, IA). The Spartans record now stands at 13-1.
