In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Brophy College Prep Broncos basketball team scored a good 72-58 triumph over the St. Mary's Knights.
The Broncos (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Perry (Gilbert, AZ). The Pumas go into the non-league contest with a 16-2 record. In their last contest, Perry was topped by Columbus (Miami, FL), 75-65, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Knights confront the Rolling Hills Prep Huskies (San Pedro, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 24. St. Mary's will attempt to better on its 9-9 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 17-6 record after their 59-44 non-league win over Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA).
