The Carrollton Warriors basketball squad (Carrollton, OH), was outscored 45-31 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting West Branch Warriors (Beloit, OH)
With the victory, West Branch advances its record to 15-1 on the year. The Warriors host Salem (Salem, OH) to meet the Quakers in a Eastern Buckeye battle on Wednesday, January 29. The Quakers enter the battle with a record of 7-10.
The Warriors now own a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Steubenville for a non-league battle on Monday, January 27. Carrollton will meet a Big Red squad coming off a 75-50 league win over Weir (Weirton, WV). The Big Red record now stands at 11-5.
