Illinois High School Basketball - Prospect fells Hersey

The Prospect Knights basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Hersey Huskies to 35 in the Knights league triumph on Wednesday.

The Knights now have a 18-5 record. They play next when they travel to Elk Grove for a Mid-Suburban - East game on Friday, January 24. Prospect will confront a Grenadiers team coming off a 46-20 league loss to Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Grenadiers record now stands at 3-21.

With the loss, Hersey falls to 14-10 on the campaign. The Huskies host Wheeling (Wheeling, IL) to confront the Wildcats in a Mid-Suburban - East game on Friday, January 24. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 2-22.
