In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Holy Names Academy basketball team scored a close 43-41 win over the Lincoln Lynx.
The (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against West Seattle (Seattle, WA). The enter the 3A Metro battle with a 6-7 record. In their last battle, West Seattle was nudged by Eastside Catholic (Sammamish, WA), 67-41, in a league battle.
The Lynx now own a 2-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seattle Prep for a non-league battle on Friday, January 24. Lincoln will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 57-54 league win over Lakeside (Seattle, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 12-5.
