The Greenfield Knights (Wilson, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Trinity Academy Tigers (Raleigh, NC), 81-65 in Monday's non-league test.
The Knights (22-7) will now prepare for their test against Arendell Parrott Academy (Kinston, NC). The Patriots go into the NCISAA Coastal Plain test with a 3-12 record.
The Tigers now own a 14-5 record. They play next when they host Wake Christian Academy for a NCISAA Capital City test on Tuesday, January 24. Trinity Academy will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 59-34 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 15-9.
