The Abundant Life Owls basketball team (North Little Rock, AR), was nudged 71-65 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Valley Christian River Hawks (Russellville, AR)

The River Hawks now possess a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Life Christian Academy for a Freelance battle on Thursday, January 25.

The Owls (10-9) will now prepare for their battle against Gospel Light Christian (Hot Springs, AR). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 5-16 record. In their last battle, Gospel Light Christian was nudged by West Side Christian (El Dorado, AR), 69-52, in a league battle.
