Virginia High School Basketball - Western Albemarle trounces Fluvanna County

The Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) basketball crushed the host Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA), 68-28 in Tuesday's league test.
The Warriors (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA). The Mustangs go into the Jefferson test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Monticello was trounced by Orange County (Orange, VA), 46-41, in a league test.
The Flying Flucos now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Louisa County for a Jefferson test on Thursday, January 25. Fluvanna County will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 76-45 league loss to Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Lions record now stands at 4-10.
