The Fluvanna County Flying Flucos basketball team (Palmyra, VA), was overwhelmed 67-43 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA)

The Warriors now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Goochland for a Jefferson battle on Friday, December 15. Western Albemarle will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-47 league loss to Monticello (Charlottesville, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.

The Flying Flucos (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA). The Mustangs come into the Jefferson battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Monticello trounced Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA), 59-35, in a non-league battle.
