The Frederick Douglass Broncos (Lexington, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Henry Clay Blue Devils (Lexington, KY), 71-44 in Tuesday's league test.
The Broncos (13-6) will now prepare for their test against Bryan Station (Lexington, KY). The Defenders go into the District 42 test with a 16-2 record. In their last test, Bryan Station was trounced by Scott County (Georgetown, KY), 79-78, in a league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 16-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lafayette for a non-league test on Friday, January 26. Henry Clay will encounter a Generals squad coming off a 67-64 league win over Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Generals record now stands at 7-12.
