The Pottsville Apaches basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Waldron Bulldogs to 45 in the Apaches league triumph on Tuesday.
The Apaches now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mena for a 4A Region 4 contest on Tuesday, January 30.
The Bulldogs (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR). The Cobras enter the 4A Region 4 contest with a 11-11 record. In their last contest, Fountain Lake was nudged by Subiaco Academy (Subiaco, AR), 67-48, in a league contest.
