California High School Basketball - Vacaville can't hold off Rodriguez

The Rodriguez Mustangs basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Vacaville Bulldogs to 66 in the Mustangs league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now sport a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Armijo for a Monticello Empire League contest on Thursday, January 25. Rodriguez will battle a Royals team coming off a 79-26 league loss to Vanden (Fairfield, CA). The Royals record now stands at 4-10.
The Bulldogs (12-8) will now prepare for their contest against Fairfield (Fairfield, CA). The Falcons come into the Monticello Empire League contest with a 12-11 record. In their last contest, Fairfield edged Wood (Vacaville, CA), 70-55, in a league contest.
