The Northeast Guilford Rams basketball team (McLeansville, NC), was overwhelmed 71-27 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles (Greensboro, NC)

The Golden Eagles now possess a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dudley for a 3A Mid-State battle on Wednesday, January 24. Ben L. Smith will confront a Panthers team coming off a 51-11 league win over Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 10-4.
