The Wapello Indians basketball squad (Wapello, IA), went down 41-28 in Tuesday's league test with the host Columbus Wildcats (Columbus Junction, IA)

The Wildcats (12-4) will now prepare for their test against Lone Tree (Lone Tree, IA). The Lions go into the SEI - North test with a 14-1 record. In their last test, Lone Tree notched a victory over Louisa-Muscatine (Letts, IA), 53-21, in a league test.

The Indians now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Holy Trinity Catholic for a non-league test on Thursday, January 25. Wapello will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 64-63 league win over Notre Dame (Burlington, IA). The Crusaders record now stands at 13-2.
