With the victory, Johnston improves its record to 18-0 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Ankeny Centennial (Ankeny, IA) to confront the Jaguars in a Freelance challenge on Friday, January 26. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 9-6. Ankeny Centennial lost 60-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Waukee (Waukee, IA)

Next up, the Tigers confront the Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 2. Valley will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record.
