North Henderson Knights (Hendersonville, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host West Henderson Falcons (Hendersonville, NC), 55-50 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, North Henderson upgrades its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Knights host Pisgah (Canton, NC) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 25. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 8-6. Pisgah won 50-42 in their recent league bout against Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC)

Next up, the Falcons play the Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 24. West Henderson will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Mountaineers come into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 53-41 league loss to Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC).
