Next, the Mustangs face the Utica Academy of Science Atoms (Utica, NY) in a Section 3 Center State II outing, on Monday, January 27. Mt. Markham will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Atoms enter the outing with a 7-5 record after their 90-40 league win over Canastota (Canastota, NY).

The Wildcats (4-8) will now prepare for their outing against Westmoreland (Westmoreland, NY). The Bulldogs enter the non-league outing with a 1-9 record. In their last outing, Westmoreland was overwhelmed by Oriskany (Oriskany, NY), 63-51, in a non-league outing.
