North Carolina High School Basketball - Bradford Academy overwhelmed by New Garden Friends

January 23, 2025: Greensboro, NC 27410

In Thursday's league test, the New Garden Friends Bears (Greensboro, NC) basketball squad trounced the visiting Bradford Academy Archers (Mebane, NC), by a final score of 70-16.

Next, the Bears clash with the Cape Fear Christian Academy Eagles (Erwin, NC) in a NCISAA Mid-Carolina test, on Friday, January 24. New Garden Friends will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 13-7 record after their 68-54 league loss to Crossroads Christian (Henderson, NC).

The Archers (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Crossroads Christian (Henderson, NC). The Colts come into the NCISAA Mid-Carolina test with a 14-8 record. In their last test, Crossroads Christian bounced Lee Christian (Sanford, NC), 83-49, in a league test.
