The South Burlington Wolves basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Burlington Seahorses to 68 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wolves now possess a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to St. Johnsbury Academy for a non-league game on Friday, January 24. South Burlington will play a Hilltoppers team coming off a 74-35 league win over Essex (Essex Junction, VT). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 9-0.

With the loss, Burlington falls to 9-2 on the campaign. The Seahorses travel to Bellows Free Academy (St. Albans, VT) to play the Bobwhites/Comets in a Metro game on Friday, January 24. The Bobwhites/Comets go into the game with a record of 6-5. Bellows Free Academy lost 55-49 in their recent league game against Burlington (Burlington, VT)
