In Thursday's league test, the Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North Tigers (Laurel, MD) basketball squad trounced the host Surrattsville Hornets (Clinton, MD), by a final score of 37-11.
Next, the Tigers clash with the Crossland Cavaliers (Temple Hills, MD) in a non-league test, on Monday, January 27. Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Cavaliers come into the test with a 4-5 record after their 80-20 non-league loss to Parkdale (Riverdale, MD).
The Hornets (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Largo (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Lions come into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A test with a 5-2 record.
