The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI) and the host Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI), observed Chippewa Valley's basketball team knock off Dakota by a score of 68-60.
The Big Reds (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln (Warren, MI). The Abes come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record.
In their next game, the Cougars encounter the De La Salle Collegiate Pilots (Warren, MI) in a challenge, on Monday, January 27. Dakota will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record.
