Virginia High School Basketball - Central succumbs to Clarke County

The Clarke County Eagles topped the visiting Central Falcons basketball team by a final score of 52-34 in Monday's league game.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA) in a Bull Run game, on Friday, January 28. Clarke County will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record.
With the defeat, Central moves to 9-4 on the year. The Falcons travel to Jackson (Quicksburg, VA) to face the Generals in a non-league game on Thursday, January 27. The Generals enter the game with a record of 1-1.
