The Paynesville Bulldogs basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Jaguars to 49 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holdingford for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 26. Paynesville will battle a Huskers team coming off a 72-43 league win over Maple Lake (Maple Lake, MN). The Huskers record now stands at 4-7.

The Jaguars (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Kimball (Kimball, MN). The Cubs come into the AA Section 6 contest with a 6-6 record.
