Bryan County Redskins (Pembroke, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Claxton Tigers (Claxton, GA), 51-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Bryan County upgrades its record to 7-12 on the season. The Redskins host Screven County (Sylvania, GA) to clash with the Gamecocks in a A D1 Region 3 bout on Friday, January 27. The Gamecocks go into the bout with a record of 6-11. Screven County lost 84-38 in their recent non-league bout against Portal (Portal, GA)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Savannah Bluejackets (Savannah, GA) in a A D1 Region 3 bout, on Friday, January 27. Claxton will attempt to upgrade on its 3-17 season record. The Bluejackets go into the bout with a 14-6 record after their 71-48 league loss to Woodville-Tompkins (Savannah, GA).
