The Claxton Tigers basketball team (Claxton, GA), was routed 54-29 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Bryan County Redskins (Pembroke, GA)
The Redskins now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Portal for a non-league battle on Friday, December 16. Bryan County will battle a Panthers team coming off a 76-42 non-league win over Screven County (Sylvania, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 9-1.
The Tigers (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Effingham County (Springfield, GA). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Effingham County trounced Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA), 53-30, in a non-league battle.
