Louisiana High School Basketball - Castor can't hold off Quitman

The Quitman Wolverines basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Castor Tigers to 46 in the Wolverines league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolverines now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Weston for a B District 1 contest on Friday, January 27. Quitman will battle a Wolves team coming off a 87-67 league loss to Doyline (Doyline, LA). The Wolves record now stands at 7-7.
The Tigers (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Doyline (Doyline, LA). The Panthers enter the B District 1 contest with a 20-2 record. In their last contest, Doyline nudged Weston (Jonesboro, LA), 87-67, in a league contest.
