In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Central Mountain Wildcats basketball team scored a decisive 85-64 triumph over the Milton Black Panthers.

In their next game, the Wildcats meet the Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA) in a Heartland I match, on Friday, January 27. Central Mountain will attempt to move on its 14-1 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 13-4 record after their 76-49 league win over Shikellamy (Sunbury, PA).

With the defeat, Milton moves to 6-8 on the year. The Black panthers host Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA) to meet the Bulldogs in a Heartland I match on Friday, January 27. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 2-13. Jersey Shore lost 50-38 in their recent league match against Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA)
