In Saturday's non-league match, the host Central Mountain Wildcats basketball team scored a decisive 77-47 triumph over the Milton Black Panthers.

In their next game, the Wildcats meet the Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA) in a Heartland I match, on Wednesday, January 11. Central Mountain will attempt to move on its 10-0 season record.

With the defeat, Milton moves to 4-5 on the year. The Black panthers travel to Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 11. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 2-6.
