In Tuesday's league outing, the Forrest City Mustangs (Forrest City, AR) basketball squad nipped the host Westside Warriors (Jonesboro, AR), by a margin of 66-59.
The Mustangs (10-11) will now prepare for their outing against Highland (Hardy, AR). The Rebels go into the 4A Region 3 outing with a 15-6 record. In their last outing, Highland was tipped by Blytheville (Blytheville, AR), 70-44, in a league outing.
The Warriors now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they host Brookland for a 4A Region 3 outing on Friday, January 27. Westside will encounter a Bearcats squad coming off a 61-59 league win over Forrest City (Forrest City, AR). The Bearcats record now stands at 12-4.
