In Tuesday's league match, the visiting John Battle Trojans basketball team scored a good 73-59 triumph over the Lee Generals.
In their next game, the Trojans face the Ridgeview Wolfpack (Clintwood, VA) in a Mountain match, on Friday, January 27. John Battle will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The Wolfpack enter the match with a 8-4 record after their 70-69 league win over Gate City (Gate City, VA).
With the defeat, Lee moves to 1-11 on the year. The Generals host Abingdon (Abingdon, VA) to face the Falcons in a Mountain match on Friday, January 27. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 12-6. Abingdon lost 62-59 in their recent non-league match against Tennessee (Bristol, TN)
