The Lewiston Blue Devils (Lewiston, ME) basketball nipped the visiting Portland Bulldogs (Portland, ME), 39-36 in Tuesday's league test.
The Blue Devils (11-2) will now prepare for their test against Cheverus (Portland, ME). The Stags go into the AA North test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Cheverus got by Windham (Windham, ME), 65-53, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bangor for a AA North test on Friday, January 27.
