Texas High School Basketball - Midway knocked off by Saint Jo

The Saint Jo Panthers basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Midway Falcons to 58 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 18-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gold-Burg for a 1A Region III District 22 contest on Friday, January 27. Saint Jo will battle a Bears team coming off a 70-30 league loss to Midway (Henrietta, TX). The Bears record now stands at 0-11.
The Falcons (19-6) will now prepare for their contest against Forestburg (Forestburg, TX). The Longhorns enter the 1A Region III District 22 contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Forestburg was defeated by Slidell (Slidell, TX), 86-14, in a league contest.
