Virginia High School Basketball - Westover Christian Academy falls to New Covenant

In Tuesday's league match, the host New Covenant Gryphons basketball team scored a good 39-30 triumph over the Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Gryphons meet the Temple Christian Crusaders (Madison Heights, VA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 7. New Covenant will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.
With the defeat, Westover Christian Academy moves to 4-7 on the year. The Bulldogs host Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy (Moneta, VA) to meet the Ospreys in a non-league match on Friday, January 27. The Ospreys enter the match with a record of 5-2.
