Easton Valley (Preston, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting North Cedar Knights (Stanwood, IA), 54-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Easton Valley upgrades its record to 2-11 on the season. The travel to Lisbon (Lisbon, IA) to play the Lions in a Tri-Rivers - East bout on Friday, January 27. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Lisbon lost 53-29 in their recent league bout against Calamus-Wheatland (Wheatland, IA)
