The Prospect Knights basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Elk Grove Grenadiers to 29 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 19-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hersey for a Mid-Suburban - East contest on Friday, January 27. Prospect will meet a Huskies team coming off a 79-21 league win over Wheeling (Wheeling, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 20-5.

The Grenadiers (8-16) will now prepare for their contest against Maine East (Park Ridge, IL). The Blue Demons enter the non-league contest with a 3-22 record. In their last contest, Maine East was routed by Deerfield (Deerfield, IL), 76-8, in a league contest.
