New Berlin West Vikings (New Berlin, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Greendale Panthers (Greendale, WI), 60-42 in a league bout.

With the win, New Berlin West upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Vikings travel to New Berlin Eisenhower (New Berlin, WI) to play the Lions in a Woodland - West bout on Friday, January 27. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 9-9. New Berlin Eisenhower lost 66-37 in their recent league bout against Pewaukee (Pewaukee, WI)

Next up, the Panthers play the Brown Deer Falcons (Brown Deer, WI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. Greendale will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 7-9 record after their 75-70 league win over Whitnall (Greenfield, WI).
