Georgia High School Basketball - Twiggs County winner over Hancock Central

The Twiggs County Cobras (Jeffersonville, GA) basketball felled the visiting Hancock Central Bulldogs (Sparta, GA), 42-29 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cobras (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Glascock County (Gibson, GA). The Panthers go into the A D2 Region 5 test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Glascock County thwarted Johnson County (Wrightsville, GA), 55-54, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 0-14 record. They play next when they travel to Georgia Military College for a A D2 Region 5 test on Friday, January 27. Hancock Central will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 34-30 league win over Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-13.
