Virginia High School Basketball - James River Midlothian trounces Wythe

The James River Midlothian Rapids (Midlothian, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Wythe Bulldogs (Richmond, VA), 48-10 in Tuesday's league test.
The Rapids (14-2) will now prepare for their test against Huguenot (Richmond, VA). The Falcons go into the Dominion test with a 3-10 record. In their last test, Huguenot was trounced by Powhatan (Powhatan, VA), 58-25, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 2-15 record. They play next when they host L.C. Bird for a Dominion test on Thursday, January 26. Wythe will encounter a Skyhawks squad coming off a 45-36 league win over Cosby (Midlothian, VA). The Skyhawks record now stands at 13-3.
