In Thursday's league outing, the James River Midlothian Rapids (Midlothian, VA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Wythe Bulldogs (Richmond, VA), by a count of 52-20.
The Rapids (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Huguenot (Richmond, VA). The Falcons go into the Dominion outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Huguenot was crushed by Powhatan (Powhatan, VA), 55-15, in a league outing.
The Bulldogs now hold a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to L.C. Bird for a Dominion outing on Monday, December 12. Wythe will clash with a Skyhawks squad coming off a 29-28 league loss to Cosby (Midlothian, VA). The Skyhawks record now stands at 2-1.
