The Oglethorpe County Patriots basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the host Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines to 58 in the Patriots league victory on Tuesday.
The Patriots now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jasper County for a A D1 Region 5 contest on Friday, January 27. Oglethorpe County will battle a Hurricanes team coming off a 55-28 league loss to Social Circle (Social Circle, GA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 3-14.
The Wolverines (12-8) will now prepare for their contest against Social Circle (Social Circle, GA). The Redskins come into the A D1 Region 5 contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Social Circle prevailed over Jasper County (Monticello, GA), 55-28, in a league contest.
