The South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC) basketball nipped the host Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs (Teachey, NC), 43-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Blue Devils (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 4-6 record.
The Bulldogs (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Ashley (Wilmington, NC). The Screaming Eagle enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Ashley was nudged by New Hanover (Wilmington, NC), 52-35, in a non-league contest.
