In Wednesday's league outing, the Santiago Cavaliers (Garden Grove, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Bolsa Grande Matadors (Garden Grove, CA), by a count of 61-43.
The Cavaliers (12-13) will now prepare for their outing against La Quinta (Westminster, CA). The Aztecs go into the Garden Grove outing with a 4-19 record. In their last outing, La Quinta was topped by Loara (Anaheim, CA), 65-48, in a league outing.
The Matadors now hold a 4-14 record. They play next when they host Rancho Alamitos for a Garden Grove outing on Friday, January 26. Bolsa Grande will clash with a Vaqueros squad coming off a 61-59 league win over Los Amigos (Fountain Valley, CA). The Vaqueros record now stands at 15-10.
