The Burley Bobcats basketball team (Burley, ID), was toppled 58-46 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Minico Spartans (Rupert, ID)
The Spartans now possess a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canyon Ridge for a 4A Great Basin battle on Friday, January 26. Minico will confront a Riverhawks team coming off a 70-31 league win over Mountain Home (Mountain Home, ID). The Riverhawks record now stands at 12-5.
The Bobcats (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Twin Falls (Twin Falls, ID). The Bruins come into the 4A Great Basin battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Twin Falls beat Jerome (Jerome, ID), 65-42, in a league battle.
