Maine High School Basketball - Lee Academy can't hold off Stearns

The Lee Academy Pandas basketball team (Lee, ME), was nudged 54-51 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Stearns Minutemen (Millinocket, ME)
The Minutemen now possess a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southern Aroostook for a D North battle on Thursday, January 25. Stearns will battle a Warriors team coming off a 91-20 league win over Ashland (Ashland, ME). The Warriors record now stands at 9-4.
The Pandas (4-10) will now prepare for their battle against Central (East Corinth, ME). The Red Devils come into the non-league battle with a 3-12 record. In their last battle, Central was nudged by Sumner (East Sullivan, ME), 62-49, in a league battle.
