West Valley Eagles (Cottonwood, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA), 49-13 in a league bout.

With the win, West Valley upgrades its record to 21-0 on the season. The Eagles host Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA) to play the Falcons in a bout on Friday, January 26. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 3-7. Central Valley won 40-21 in their recent league bout against Anderson (Anderson, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 26. Lassen will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record.
