Washington High School Basketball - Auburn Mountainview triumphant over Kent-Meridian

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Auburn Mountainview Lions (Auburn, WA) and the host Kent-Meridian Royals (Kent, WA), observed Auburn Mountainview's basketball team overwhelm Kent-Meridian by a score of 92-50.

The Lions (17-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Federal Way (Federal Way, WA). The Eagles come into the 3A/4A North Puget Sound challenge with a 13-3 record.

In their next game, the Royals encounter the Kentlake Falcons (Kent, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Kent-Meridian will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-14 record after their 71-58 league loss to Enumclaw (Enumclaw, WA).
